NOTE: May through August this house rents Saturday to Saturday only, no exceptions you MUST book for 7 nights or you will be cancelled.
Sunsets, Sunrises, unobstructed views, no crowds, private parking, fully gated and fenced property to enjoy all for YOU ... then at the end of long day of leisure, sink into insanely comfortable beds and wake up to Italian coffee to do it all again the next day!
Set 14 feet above sea level on a private beach this 1907 cottage that sleeps 8 is a picture perfect oasis for down time, sun & fun!
PARKING:
Park in one of 4 off the street driveway spots and access this gated property from the right hand side, then walk up to the kitchen door where you'll use the access code provided in our digital pdf house book. The property is fully fenced.
OPEN MAIN FLOOR:
The main level boasts an open floor plan with a game wall featuring 10 games, a gas fireplace and 55 inch smart TV that you can use to access your favorite shows, bring your log ons with you! There is deep cushion seating on 2 couches, a new kitchen with all stainless steel appliances (gas range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washer & dryer), a dining table and a powder room. The kitchen has pots, pans, cutlery, dish ware and glasses plus a Nespresso coffee machine!

Upstairs there is a full bathroom with linens

EXTERIOR:
Outdoors we have a picnic table and table cloths, a covered water facing patio with string lights and all weather wicker/sunbrella fabric furniture and an entire private beach and bay at your finger tips! There is an outdoor shower and changing room. Kayaks & outdoor toys like boogie boards are available seasonally.
The house has exterior lighting that operates from dusk until dawn, it is a smart home and has business speed wifi.
WHAT TO DO:
SUNNY DAYS: Swim, boogie board, float, kayak, lounge on the sand, sun tan, read on the beach, collect shells and seglass, people watch!
RAINY DAYS: Enjoy the retro games above the couch, pick a book from our library (books for kids-adults), log in to your favorite channel and watch a flick, nap in one of 7 comfy beds or enjoy a cocktail on the covered patio while storm watching!
FOR THE LITTLES:
Walk 5 minutes to the playground to get the wiggles out! We keep crayons and coloring paper plus dupo blocks and sand toys for our smaller guests :-)
HOUSE BOOK, WHERE TO DINE, WHERE TO SHOP & MORE:
Where is the best lobster rolls? Where can I grab a great glass of rose? Where can I shop? What is the wifi name & password? All of this and more is answered in the thoughtfully curated guest/house book. The book is provided in PDF format approx 1 week prior to arrival.
ABOUT YOUR HOSTESS:
A 5 star experience is what you deserve and what you will get! The house is pristine and cleaned to COVID standards, inventoried and video taped prior to your arrival. Enjoy my slice of paradise contactless however I am available by text or phone from 8am to 8pm.
ITEMS TO NOTE:
The outdoor shower/changing room is open May 1st through October 31st. Kayaks are stored in the garage and can be used from May 1st to October 31st with release/waiver signed. The fireplace is available from Sept 1 to March 31 with a $25/day (must be booked for all or none of stay). AC available July & August only with a $25/day (must be booked for all or none of stay) . You of course may elect to pass on these extras. Fee for those are paid in advance of your stay to be provided the remotes/circuit breakers/gas turned on.
HOUSE TRUTHS:
Interior doors from 1907 with gorgeous crystals handles don't always close perfectly and do not lock. Major storms are rare but when they occur and power/internet goes down, we don't control how fast those are restored and do not offer refunds for things beyond our control.
SUMMER 2023:
The house is available on a weekly basis with Saturday 3pm check in and Saturday 10am check out. We do not rent the home for any time periods shorter than that in June July or August 2023. Please inquire before booking for the week.
