There is currently 178 wineries in Valle de Guadalupe with others soon to open along with new restaurants. There is camping, golf and other resorts close by too.

Loma Dorada is in the process of becoming a private gated community. There is a 24/7 security guard and walkways to the ocean. There are several American citizens that live in this community and most people speak English. Estero Beach is 15 minutes from the home and Bufadora is within 30-45 minutes away. Wine tasting and golf is closeby too. You can golf at Baja Mar or other golf courses such as Ensenada's Country Club nearby with a 20-25 minute drive.
