Summary: Hotel was beautiful, but unfortunately unprofessional service. They are a bit unorganized for a 5-star hotel. For example, I booked a massage and received confirmation, but when I showed up to the appointment the masseuse already had other appointments and mine was not scheduled. It was unfortunate because I planned my night around it and the hotel did nothing to compensate for it and showed little remorse.
