An adorable oceanfront three bedroom, Bia's Beach Cottage offers three bedrooms located on an oceanfront cul-de-sac in Bald Head's quaint Killegray Ridge neighborhood. Step into this seaside retreat and enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. The ample natural-light-filled living area offers access to the covered beach-facing wraparound porch featuring a hammock, outdoor seating areas and outdoor dining. Perfect for enjoying ocean breezes, sunrises and sunsets, the outdoor areas provide an ideal location to unwind. The home is just a few steps away from a shared private beach boardwalk. Interior areas include a first floor open plan with a dining area for six but could easily accommodate more. Adjacent to the dining room table is a breakfast bar. The kitchen has stainless Kitchen Aid appliances, dark Butcher Block counters, handsome backsplash tiling, a farm sink, and a convenient nearby half bath and laundry/pantry. Upstairs, the first bedroom suite sleeps four with two twin bunk beds, sleeping four, and offers two closets as well as a beautifully-appointed full bath. The master suite occupies the back half of the floor and offers panoramic Atlantic vistas which can be enjoyed from the inside or out on its private sun deck. This master suite also provides a desk area, walk-in closet with built-ins, and a pampering en suite with a marble his and her vanity and an oversize tile shower with stone floor and glassed doors. For those seeking more privacy, the home's Crofter Cottage. Located above the garage, a luxurious Crofter Cottage offers vaulted-ceiling, a king size bed, full bath, and sitting area with its own ocean-view deck. Bia's comes with the use of two golf carts and is ideally located not far from clubs, shops and the Bald Head Island Conservancy. Peak season turn day, Saturday/Saturday. 3:30 p.m. arrival/9:30 a.m. departure. Sleeps 8 (max). 3 bedrooms (1K-1K-1K,1BB). 3 full baths. 1 half bath. (1) 6 passenger cart. (1) 4 passenger cart. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 3:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 9:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.
