Summary: The kitchen is very small. The front deck really has no view at all and around 3 pm it is in full sun and is too hot to sit in. The pools are great. The trolleys that take you around are impossible to time. There is a lot of waiting for them. Jorge the manager is fantastic and takes care of everything immediately. the cleaning ladies were fantastic. The tv has no English channels unless you have your own Netflix account.
