This is a brand new remodeled home located in a cul de sac street, very quite location and perfect for relaxing time.
It is a half acre property with a huge 9 feet deep pool, a volleyball court, ping pong table, brand new pool bar with BBQ right next to the pool, exterior shower near the pool, billiard table, brand new AC unit, nest thermostat, new floors thru out the entire house, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new beds and new everything.
It is 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. Two stories homes. Plenty parking outside including closed garage and driveway.
Surrounded by winery.
4 Miles away from Old Town Temecula.
5 Miles away from Pechanga casino.
Only 50 minutes from San Diego.
*****HOUSE RULES*****
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and use your best common sense when it comes to noises outdoor and type of languages used (there are little kids in couple of neighbors homes).
- Do not use any type of incense inside the house.
- Absolutely NO glasses outside the property. No beer bottles, no glass at all! Only use plastic cups and plates outside. The homeowner provides plastic cups and plates. This is extremely important please.
- Absolutely NO smoke inside the house. A $500 fee will be deducted from your deposit if you smoke inside the house.
- Please use trash bags before disposing of any trash. Do not throw any trash in trashcans without bags please. The homeowner provides trash bags and they are under the kitchen sink.
- Upon your check out, the pool will be tested for urine. Please make sure you tell your kids (or any drunk friends) not to urinate in the pool. You will be charged your full deposit if urine is found in the pool after your check out.
- Any medium to large parties with additional guests coming to the house must be approved first and charges might applies. Please communicate this with the homeowner before planning any parties.
- Do not allow anyone on property beside your guests. No maintenance man, gardeners, neighbors etc. are allowed on property unless stated by the homeowner. For any maintenance issues please contact the homeowner.
- No pets are allowed on the property unless they are disclosed before booking and any fees are paid.
- If you like to heat up the pool it will be $120 for every 10 hours. Please talk to the homeowner about warming up the pool. Usage of the jacuzzi is included with your stay of course.
- The house is equipped with an alarm system from ADT. Windows and doors have sensors with chime alert. Security cameras are located outdoor. Two out front, three out back and one inside the garage. By renting the house you acknowledge the outdoor cameras and agree to them.
- Do not trespass areas marked with yellow tape in the backyard.
- The second garage door and master closet door are locked. Do not attempt to open these doors.
- Upon your check in you need to show your ID to verify that your name matches the name in your profile.
