The immaculate estate is located on a gated 150-acre lot including a pavilion, huge deck, and paved outdoor area ideal for barbecuing or just sitting back and enjoying the sunset. The house also features home audio with a state of the art stereo system where you can play your music in every room including the patio! Easily access the nearby equestrian center (must be arranged ahead of time). Guests can schedule private horseback riding lessons at our facilities or even bring your own horse. (please arrange ahead of time) Indoor arena is available to use during inclement weather.
Picture windows throughout the estate bring the outdoors inside, offering natural light and spectacular views. The completely updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and seating for five at the counter. The stunning dining room table seats another 12 people, ideal for formal dinners or just to gather the group for a shared meal. Two large living areas on the main floor offer plenty of space to entertain. All 7 bedrooms are spacious and beautifully designed.
The entertainment center on the lower level includes leather recliners and a flat-screen TV with deluxe sound system. Rack up a game of pool or table tennis, foosball and other games then make a perfect round of nightcaps for the whole group at the gorgeous bar with seating for six. Those of you gamers out there will be in heaven here! The house features 2 Playstations and 1 Xbox 360! After a day out exploring, relax on the patio and take in views of the mountains and wildlife.

Fiber optic internet: The house is equipped with ultra fast fiber optic connectivity (1Gbps up/ 1Gbps down) and meshed wifi radios for strong signal throughout the house and headache free wifi roaming
House audio: Entire house is wired with speakers and guest can play their music in all rooms and patios using their phones
Horse facilities: Guests can schedule horseback riding lessons at our facilities or even bring their own horses. We have 2 miniature horses than can be ridden by small kids (under 50lbs. must be 6 years of age) or can be used as therapy pets. Adult rider weight limit is 180lbs. Lessons are $45 for 30 private minute lesson per person. We highly recommend that clients contact us at least 3 weeks ahead of time for any equestrian related needs.
Master bathroom: The shower in master bedroom has been remodeled and has a giant rainfall setup and multitude of jets. Also has a steam sauna function and will easily accommodate up to 8 people at a time
Entertainment: There is a pool table, table tennis, 2 x playstation, and 1 x Xbox 360. There are 10 big screen TVs throughout the house that are equipped with Apple TVs that allow guest streaming from their own phones and tablets plus access to very large collection of movie and TV series
Outdoor activities. There are 150 acres to explore ( we can use our neighbors half of the property as long as people don't come up to his house). There is Mt. Falcon park ½ mile up the road that provides abundance of trails for hiking and mountain biking .

****Cleaning fees are higher if guests leave the place excessively dirty**** You will be charged separately for higher cleaning fees if we find that the place has been left excessively dirty and check out instructions were not followed.
**** Please note that the cleaning fee covers cleaning of the residence for normal use of the premises only. That is 30 hours (5 man crew for 6 hours typically for this 13,000 square foot, 10 bathroom residence ) If the premises are excessively soiled by clients and cleaning crew has to charge more than the regular fee - then that would be billed to the client after checkout. ****
