The dining room table seats ten with two adjacent east and west facing terraces to enjoy sunrise and sunset views. The first floor offers a convenient common area overlooking the pool and two queen ensuite bedrooms. There is also a bunk room with a full and 3 twin beds alongside a full bath. The property itself can only be described as paradise - quiet, private, lush and expansive. The glass tile lined heated gunite pool sits in the sun from morning to night, but also offers shade beneath the oaks, umbrellas and second floor deck. In the front yard lies a beautiful playground, gardens and stone walls.
