Exquisite villa renovated, high standard, great views, BBQ, Heated Pool: The villa has been completely renovated in 2017 with high standard materials throughout the property.The villa is located in an uphill position with absolutely quiet surroundings. From the terrace you have great views to a protected area and have a little peak to the Mediterranean Sea.The property is completely gated and has an alarm system installed.The villa is constructed in 2 levels. The upper level has a modern and open environmental living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. From the living there is direct access to a nice terrace with dining table. From this terrace you can enjoy views through the valley of El Rosario.The lower level has 3 bedrooms + 1 separate bedroom/entertainment room:The master bedroom with double bed, facing south, has its own covered terrace and a fantastic ensuite bathroom with bathtub, large shower, toilet and double sink. From both rooms there is direct access to the terrace. From the bathtub you can enjoy the beauty of nature.The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90*2.00) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink to share with bedroom 3, which has a double bed (1.50 * 2.00). From the third bedroom there is direct access to the pool area.The fourth bedroom/entertainment room which has its separate entrance, has a sofa(bed) and large flat screen TV with more than 1000 TV channels. This room can either be used as an entertainment room or transformed into a double bed bedroom. This room has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From this room there is, like bedroom 3, direct access to the pool area.All rooms have built in wardrobes.There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available.The terrace and pool area is very spacious and has sunbeds and a dining table as well as a BBQ.
