Large kitchen, living & dining space offers plenty of room for the entire group to spread out & enjoy!
This home features 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms -- master bedroom & a guest bedroom both feature en suite bathrooms. The night/karaoke club has a pull out queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space! Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials needed during you stay with us. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers for any laundry needs with a large group!

Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Pool heating is offered at $45 per night.
Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather.
Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.
While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.
