Sun Cottage is a beautiful cottage in the heart of Looe. Fully refurbished the property retains its original character whilst offering stylish and modern accommodation.
On the ground floor of the cottage is the lounge with comfortable sofas, original beamed ceiling and wood burning stove for the cooler evenings. There is a large flat screen TV and DVD player and the property has free wifi. The kitchen is a spacious room perfect for families; fully fitted and including electric oven, five ring gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large SMEG fridge freeze and microwave. There is a large dining table and also access out to the furnished courtyard - a lovely little sun trap in the Summer months. Also on the ground floor is a modern family bathroom with roll top bath, wc and wash hand basin.
The first floor comprises a lovely double bedroom with modern en suite shower room and a twin bedroom perfect for children. On the top floor is the master bedroom with king size bed; another bright, modern room with ample built in storage.

There is a private parking space in a car park within a two minute walk of the property - the space is suitable for a small to medium sized car.
