Desert Falls CC boasts 25 pools with this Villa being located only steps in either direction from your outdoor patio to two of the largest pools and hot tubs. All of our guests enjoy complimentary use of the fitness center, tennis courts and use of the club house and dining facilities.

This Villa is a lower level end unit surrounded by a beautiful green belt with mountain views all around from your front door to kitchen nook. It is nicely furnished and well maintained with plantation shudders throughout. The unit is a spacious 1360 sqf with open dining area, gas fireplace and wet bar with flat screen TV in living room. King in master bedroom which boasts a large private, dual sink , master bath with shower and large soaking tub. Queen size bed in second bedroom and full second bath. Bright and very functional, fully equipped, Kitchen with eat in breakfast nook. The villa is newly painted and has nuetral carpet in bedrooms.
