Summary: We had a very early morning arrival due to a flight delay. We were put into the wrong room, which was fine, but later that morning as we had the “do not disturb” sign on the door, the guy at the front desk (who worked a later shift) tried to enter our room without knocking as there was confusion with the staff that the room was occupied. He called the room a few minutes later and I asked him if it’s policy to just open a room with the DND sign on the door. He said he knocked - not true - and apologized rudely and frankly just didn’t care. This hotel is not worth staying at.. do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
