The Space:
Welcome to our inviting and spacious Airbnb! Our home features five comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own television for added convenience and entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and bedside lamps for added comfort. The second and third bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, each with a ceiling fan to keep you cool during warmer months. Additionally, our fourth bedroom features another king-sized bed, while the fifth bedroom provides a cozy queen-sized option. For relaxation and entertainment, our living room offers ample seating and a 60" Smart TV. Enjoy cooking meals in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware essentials, and gather with loved ones in the dining area. Outside, our patio area features a BBQ grill and outdoor seating for al fresco dining. Other amenities include central AC, a full bathroom with towels and toiletries provided, in-unit washer and dryer, and parking space for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
