From the incredible coffee/tea bar, to the very well-stocked kitchen pots and pans/dishes, to amazing rooms and amenities, this property offers a chic, 5-star, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for hosting guests attending weddings, visiting the Air Force Academy, or families on vacation. Just minutes from I-25/the freeway, this property offers the true Colorado wilderness experience while still being close to stores, wedding venues, gas stations, and shopping areas. Convenient proximity to the USAFA, Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, the Outlet Shops at Castle Rock, Bass Pro Shops, the Mining Museum and more.
The house features large smart-TVs (guests can stream their own favorite streaming services) in every bedroom and a massive, 70' inch TV in the large living room. Additional features include a gas fireplace, bar/yoga/sun room area, well-appointed kitchen and dining area, laundry room, desk/workspace, coffee/tea bar, game table/room, and stunning forest views from every window. The property's woodland location provides excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing: deer frequent the property on a near-daily basis and occasional sightings of wild turkeys, owls, foxes, eagles, and bobcats are typical for the area. Guests can soak up Colorado's gorgeous mountain and forest views from the spacious Ponderosa Pine filled backyard with patio seating and valley overlook. Bedding throughout the house was selected for guest comfort and features quality mattresses and luxurious 100% cotton sheets. The property has a total of 6 bedroom areas with 2 king and 4 queen beds, 3 showers, a divine soaking tub, and 3.5 bathrooms. The house is equipped with central AC, heating and a gas fireplace. Each room is filled with original custom wall art, storage space, hooks for hanging towels/clothes, Smart TVs, and seating. We also provide generous supplies of shampoo, conditioner, cakes of soap, hand-sanitizer, make-up wipes, and other quality amenities/toiletries. No "starter packs" here!

The property is the home of two USAFA graduates/alumni, as reflected in the property's name (Go Falcons!). The Air Force Academy and Air Force Academy Chapel are both located about 15 minutes away depending on traffic and are both visible from the backyard of the property. The home also sits under the flight path of the USAF Thunderbirds when they practice for USAFA graduations. Additionally, Wander is a veteran-owned-and-operated management company. As such, we happily welcome our military families, veterans, and USAFA alumni!
