This beautiful complex offers a luxurious, relaxing getaway for guests looking to unwind just steps from the shore. With newly renovated rooms, gorgeous views of the ocean, and several different floor plans, there is something for every guest here. The distinctive beauty and charm of this property sets it apart from the rest.
Quartz countertops compliment the brand new appliances in each kitchen. All furniture is brand new and modern inspired. There is beautiful laminate flooring throughout the house for a nice modern, clean feel. Each room has high end ceiling fans which will provide comfort during the summer months. There is a flat screen TV in the bedroom and living room with cable TV package included. A shared courtyard features shaded space to sit and enjoy your surroundings. There is also a shared laundry center with front loaded washer and dryers.
For larger families, there are additional options rental options in the building.
1 BEDROOM – Sleep comfortably on a (California King Size bed). This unit includes full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher, and fully stocked with kitchen supplies. (Sleeps 4)
2 BEDROOM – Guests will love this 2 bedroom unit, offering privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. Bedroom 1 offers (King Sized Bed), Bedroom 2 (2 Twin beds or a queen), and sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. (Sleeps 6)
3 BEDROOM – Relax and enjoy the largest unit in this complex. Offering a stunning view of the ocean from the bar on the deck, guests can enjoy a relaxed living space complete with bar stools, a dining room table, sofa sleeper and flat screen TV in the front room. Bedrooms include king sized bed, queen sized bed, two twins and a sofa sleeper. (sleeps 8)

Summary: The condo was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The nearby beach is visible from our unit. We were always within sound of the waves. But the nearby sand is not easily walked because waves can frequently cover the whole shore. Neighborhood streets are fun and walkable to the pier tourist area. The unit had good TVs in the main room and bedrooms, but we do not like the only option to be streaming programming. We do not have Netflix and Prime accounts, so we prefer cable or dish options. Checkin and Checkout procedures are reasonable with code access to garage, gate, room, laundry, and wifi. We did not have a working drain plug in for the tub in our unit, but the cleaning staff provided us with one from the next door unit.
