We want to welcome you to our beautiful mountain view home! You'll have plenty of space to stretch out and relax with 4 bedrooms upstairs, a Game Room on the main floor, and 4 full bathrooms. And with 6 very comfortable beds, including 3 queen beds, 2 full beds on a bunk bed, and a king bed in the master bedroom, everyone will have a great night's sleep.
Enjoy the convenience of our spacious 3 car garage, and the beauty of our large backyard with brand new landscaping. And for your comfort, we have 2 separate thermostats - one for upstairs and one for the main floor - so you can set the perfect temperature for your stay. Come experience the best of both comfort and convenience in our mountain view home!
Guests will be provided a door code to get into the property 8 hours before check in time.

Summary: We usually stay in the hotel for a conference but decided to try a private house instead for this trip. This house is close to the Gaylord Rockies but also conveniently located for trips to downtown Denver. For the three of us, it was perfect. We each had a private room with attached bathroom. After the conference day was over, we could crash on the HUGE couch to discuss the day and what we wanted to apply in our own business. The neighborhood is super quiet so that made sleeping a breeze. Beds were comfortable too. Water pressure was pretty low for most of the visit, but there was some utility construction happening while we were there so maybe that's why. Check in, check out, and communication were great. Would definitely stay again.
