The Space:
Welcome to your East Passyunk home away from home!!!
Step through the tiled entryway into the open living room and dining room area- completely furnished with stylish furniture and wall art, hardwood flooring, an electrical fireplace with mood lighting, 65 inch Roku smart TV on the wall with led back-lights! The dining room area features live-edge wood dining table and chandelier. Off of the dining area there is a conveniently located powder room for your comfort.
Walk toward the rear of the home and you will see the kitchen, complete with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and all the essentials you will need for cooking at home. Step out into the sunny backyard to a little oasis in the city with seating, charcoal grill, and garden area.
Back inside and down the basement steps you will first see the laundry area with detergent provided. Next, walk into our game room / tv room- featuring arcade games, foosball and a wall mounted Roku smart tv with led lighting. This is our favorite part of the house, and great for family time with the kids! The basement also features an additional sleeping area in the fold out futon couch.
Back upstairs to the second floor, you will first walk straight into your primary bedroom area featuring amazing king size mattress, work desk and chair set up, wall mounted smart tv, and beautiful ensuite bathroom with spacious shower, designer tile, and modern fixtures- including LED lit vanity mirror.
Next, as you walk down the hallway you can see the middle bedroom with queen size comfy mattress, nice closet space, full length mirror, and wall mounted smart Tv.
Finally, as you head to the front of the house, you can enter the front bedroom, complete with memory foam queen size mattress, wall mounted smart TV, a gorgeous, custom accent wall and nice closet space.
