Our property offers two fully-equipped kitchens, two spacious living and dining areas, two laundry rooms, and a total of five bedrooms and bathrooms. It's the perfect setup for various arrangements, such as a teenager side/parents side, grandparents side/family side, guys side/girls side, and more.

Our five-bedroom, five-bathroom home with two full-size kitchens is a perfect retreat for groups. The backyard is a paradise featuring a waterslide, waterfalls, and a grotto seating area. With proximity to Lake Havasu and Sara Park, boat parking, and pet-friendly accommodations (maximum of two pets with an additional $100 fee per pet), our property serves as an ideal home base for exploring everything our beautiful city has to offer.
Outside, you'll discover a stunning pool with an amazing waterslide, grotto, and three waterfalls. We also provide a covered dining area and a Weber grill for your enjoyment. The pool can be heated for an additional charge, available only in the fall and spring seasons. Please note that pool heat requires a minimum 48-hour notice before the arrival date, with a three-day minimum stay.
