This is our primary family residential home. We are looking to rent for at least 30 days for the month of June/July. There may be some flexibility in dates so please inquire with your exact dates.
Our home is in a quiet neighborhood of families, bike path nearby, private backyard pool, garden/wooded setting with outside dining table area. Bike-ridable distance to most places in The Woodlands, including waterway and many parks throughout. The Woodlands is a master-planned community, offering many parks and living as if you were in the woods!
Recently remodeled inside, Down bedroom has King bed, upstairs Primary with King bed and attached bathroom and screened balcony, Bedroom1 has custom elevated Full bed for kids, Bedroom2 has twin bed, Bedroom3 has 2 office tables and pullout couch. Kitchen remodel with quartzite countertops and built-in breakfast nook with seating for 4 to 8 with expanding table. Living room with 65" wall-mounted TV, within view of the outside pool area. Dining room with seating for 8, open to Great Room with 60" wall-mounted TV with comfy sectional. Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. 4 newer bikes for adult/young adult sized. First floor laundry room.
