Only a 10-minute stroll to Seacliff State Beach and the historic "cement ship." This sweet little 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 950 square foot home sits near the end of a quiet dead end road. Simple, comfortable, and clean, it has everything you need to enjoy a vacation get-away. The entire home is available and sleeps four comfortably. Small dog considered for an additional charge. Amenities include; Smart TV, WiFi, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, outdoor picnic table, and BBQ. Both bedrooms have queen beds, extra pillows, and down comforters. You will love the location of this home. It is located 1 mile south of Capitola. You can access the beach a few blocks away on Beachgate Avenue. The closest beaches include New Brighton and Rio Del Mar. Enjoy restaurants such as: Pizza One, Manuel's Mexican Restaurant, and Marianne's ice cream. Less than 1 mile to downtown Aptos with more restaurants and other retail shops including Safeway and Starbucks, and soon Peet's coffee and Sushi Garden. Also close by is the beautiful Forest of Nisene Marks State Park. This is a spectacular area for hiking and biking. You must be 25 YEARS or older to rent this property.
