Wooded one acre property with outside living space. large 1800 sq ft,. deck for family gatherings, outside cooking and BBQ's. Bring your boat and fishing gear or we can arrange for fishing trips, lake cruises, casino nights or visits to the Hagermann National Wildlife preserve. Expect to see wildlife with frogs, deer, road runner, birds and other.
This is also the place to hold family gatherings, business meeting all in a country setting just 5 minutes to the lake. The Paradise Cove recreation area has a boat launch ramp where you can spend the day and enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming or simply walking the trails around the lake. On a clear night you are able to see the sky and observe Mars, the big dipper, the little dipper star constellations.
You and your family can then build a camp fire and roast marsmallows or hot dogs.
More farm living experiences are available when you visit the chickens and see them play, you can even have fresh eggs. During the summer months my wife has fresh vegetables in her garden like lettuce, peppers and others. The peach trees have ripe peaches aroung June time and you can pick them and eat them fresh
