Access this private property with a long driveway with parking for at least six cars. The entrance has heated quartz slate floors and plenty of storage. Enter the salon which has floor to ceiling windows & patio doors with expansive views of Lac Masson. A custom hutch holds a wine fridge, bar and SONOS sound system (3 zones). One of the 3 TVs (a 50in Samsung) is in the salon. A pocket door can be closed for additional privacy. You can access the very large wraparound deck from the salon or main living area.
The main living space has the kitchen, dining & living rooms, 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 double) and main bathroom. The kitchen is well laid out and fully equipped. The dining table comfortably seats six and the living room has a quality leather sectional and 55in Samsung TV.
The private master is upstairs and has a king size bed, TV and plenty of storage. The ensuite has a skylight over the two-person jacuzzi tub & shower.
The loft has 2 pocket double beds.
In winter, you can easily snowshoe, cross country ski or snowmobile directly from the property onto Lac Masson, as the land is flat and you are steps away from the lake. You are 20 minutes from Saint-Sauveur ski hill. In summer, swimming, canoeing & kayaking is safe & enjoyable as the chalet is located in a large quite bay. The property is very private and located beside a park with basketball, tennis, beach volleyball etc..
