Casa Oceano is a spacious L-shaped 3 bedroom privately owned villa with prime position and views to the sea and islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. A promenade along the seafront is 250yds away. This luxurious villa with Wifi connection has a private heated pool and hot tub close to each other making it great to plunge from one to another. Outside there is an al fresco marbled dinning table under the terrace roof giving shade while eating on the large patio. The furnishings boast a master ensuite bedroom with double doors out to the patio, and a spacious dressing room. Two more big twin beds can, if so desired, be made up for you into 2 double beds by zipping the mattresses together. Two excellent put-up beds are also in the villa allowing it to sleep 8. The villa has a full glass atrium in the hall area with table and chairs for indoor snacks.. Leather sofas and IPTV in the lounge. This villa, marbled throughout has a superb fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, iron, kettle ,fridge freezer and coffee maker. There is an drying area and utility room with a washing machine for your use. The barbeque is situated away from the pool terrace behind a wall keeping away any smoke, but close by in a different part of the garden. There are flowering shrubs and bushes beyond the pool terrace balustrade which gives extra privacy ,and then a more open astro turfed play area. The 3 bathrooms for each bedroom all have a toilet and sink each, two have a shower and the ensuite also has a bath.
The villa is so situated that it is at the end of a cul de sac with its back to the other villas. It faces the sun and an open area that allows enormous privacy with the sea sparkling a few hundred metres to your right. Down the street and just around the corner are grocery stores for provisions a bar or 2 and a cafe come deli
which serves great breakfasts pastries and hot bread ! It makes this area quite self sufficient. A very efficient bus service runs on a regular basis every 30 minutes
taking you into Playa Blanca and along the front to Rubicon Marina if you so wish. The main town of Playa Blanca can be accessed along a wide promenade about a 40 minute walk passing attractive hotel cafes and restaurants with the sea and 1 or 2 beaches always by your side.
