Positive: The villa was very spacious and modern with a nice rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the sea. There is a private elevator which might seem overkill initially, but due to the high ceiling level, it turned out to be quite handy actually. The area around the villa was very quiet and relaxing. The host added us to a whatsapp group where it was very easy to communicate if anything was needed and there was a group of people that could help with different things quickly. We booked the accommodation only a day before our stay as our previous accommodation was cancelled due to double booking. The host of this villa saved our vacation last minute.
Negative: Some stuff broke quite often, such as the AC needing maintenance and the pool needing cleaning due to broken filter. However, the host was very quick to fix the issues as soon as they occurred. The location was a bit far from everything, however it was very cheap with bolt/grab taxis.
Summary: Fantastic host and beautiful spacious villa with an amazing sea view.
