Welcome to our cozy, newly renovated farmhouse . Nestled in the sleepy town of Belmont in Mount Holly, Vermont on Star Lake, but only 10 short minutes to Okemo base and 25 to Killington. The property has direct access to VAST trails. With no shortage of things to do you may relax in the hot tub, play a lively game of pool or go ice skating on Star Lake. Many wonderful restaurants are nearby or cook at home in a well equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, pie dishes and a hand mixer. We do not provide anything perishable, but there are a few spices and some coffee, sugar and non dairy creamer that you’re welcome to.
Towels and bedding are both provided, but bring your own body wash and hair care products.
In the winter months Star lake is used as part of the VAST trail for snowmobiling and in summer months it’s great for Kayaking and canoeing. I do not recommend it for swimming.
A canoe and Kayak are available for use at the house, Although there is a small section that is maintained and many folks do swim sadly the lake has a very invasive plant species causing the lake to not be swim worthy. We also try to maintain a clear spot in front of our dock and around the waters edge as well I would not suggest swimming there but do recommend buttermilk falls which is a 5 minute drive from the house.
