- Quiet hours are 10pm-7am
- No large parties and please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Under Sonoma County law, amplified music is not permitted outdoors at any vacation rental in Sonoma County.
- There is a maximum of 6 guests at the property at all times. There will be a $1,000 penalty imposed if this rule is violated.
- Children are welcome and there is a crib in the house.
- Use of the pool is at your own risk and you must supervise kids at all times as no lifeguard is on duty.
- Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am
