Die 33 qm große rollstuhlgerechte Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und bietet Platz für max. 2 Personen. Der Wohn-und Schlafbereich ist mit einem Einzelbett und einen ausziehbaren Bett ausgestattet. Auch eine Kochnische mit einem 2-Plattenherd, einem Spülbecken mit Abstellfläche und einem kleinen Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Sie gelangen über die schöne und gepflegte Gartenterrasse über einen separaten Eingang zu der Wohnung und haben von dort den Garten mitsamt Gartenteich im Blick. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls rollstuhlgerecht mit einer ebenerdigen, großzügigen Dusche gehalten. W-LAN, Bettwäsche, Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen, ebenso der überdachte Pkw Stellplatz.
