Located on beautiful Orrs Island, 20 minutes from Brunswick, home of Bowdoin College, and half hour from Freeport, home of outlets and L.L. Bean. The house is located at the end of a gravel road ensuring quiet and privacy. Has large front deck with sweeping view of ocean and umbrellas for shade when needed. A large, grassy front lawn connects to a path down to the shore to take a dip in the ocean, launch the kayak, collect sea glass, climb on the rocks, or skip stones. Dining room designed for hosting special meals, adjacent to a modern kitchen. Also has a back patio area with new grill, and a washroom with new washer and dryer.
