Summary: While we unfortunately weren't able to stay at Must BeHaven due to an unprecedented snowstorm (10-12 inches) that made the mountain road inaccessible, I want to highlight how wonderfully Darin and Edina handled this situation. They were proactive in warning us about the incoming storm the day before our arrival, and when we found ourselves unable to safely reach the property (the final 0.8 miles had no tracks and would have required a 40-minute uphill walk in deep snow), they were incredibly understanding and responsive.Despite having already checked in, they processed a full refund immediately without any hesitation. Their communication throughout was stellar - from the initial booking process to payment arrangements, and especially during the weather crisis. They checked in on our safety and showed genuine concern for our well-being.While we're disappointed we couldn't experience the cabin itself, the hosts' professional and compassionate handling of this situation showed their true commitment to guest satisfaction and safety. We look forward to booking with them again during warmer months when we can properly enjoy what looks to be a beautiful property. If their handling of this difficult situation is any indication, I'm confident they're exceptional hosts during normal circumstances as well.
