Positive: Dear Fabiola is always there and available when need arises. Quick response and quick solutions. Cooking gas tank went empty- 5 min after notification she already replaced it.

Negative: The only thing was weather -2 days of strong wind only after we could enjoy the beautiful sunny yard.
