Summary: The check in process was tedious, the machine did not work. After trying almost an hour I tried calling hotels.com which did not recognized the itenary number. So I was stuck with not being able to talk to an operator or person. Anyhow, alnost after 2 hours we Finally received help and got the rooms. The rooms very very nice with a good view. However, try ti stay away from rooms 1, 2 and3 as illmanned people tend to gather there laste at night and early in the morning, disturbing your sleep and stay. The staff was very very nice and helpful, when available.
