Positive: Comfy double bed , clean bedding , big living room comfy seats, .good size double shower big bathroom sink , nicely tiled bathroom , small single , bed comfy bedding clean .overall nice place to stay if it was cleaner ., friendly dogs next door , nicely owner , a bowl of mints , a 1/2 pint milk and bottle of wine left for us , dishes cups and glasses clean , everything there to cook with , dishwasher iron ironing board washing machine and vlother dryer wrack , hairdryer , kitchen roll and toilet roll , value for money , Interesting accomodation .very nice .would I come back , yes but needs cleaning .

Negative: On entry, over 100 large bluebottles/ flies and 5 large wasps , massive cobwebs, I mean 2 foot wide by 5 ft long in bathroom , a few ants on kitchen worktops , dated dirty looking fridge marked yellow and not cleaned , dirt on bedside cabinets , that has been there a long time, as I used wipes to rub the stu ck on dust .The whole place needs cleaning and dusting ., sticky tea coffee and sugar containers, Id it was cleaned up spotless , then it wouldl make a real difference, beams dirty all cobwebs and dust , blown window in living room looks dirty , It needs totally wiped clean , wooden blinds in kitchen need cleaned , A stain under single bed sheet looked like a spec of blood , holes in walls where electric cables come in , need sealed big holes in places sll need sealing ..dated old towels and tea towels need replacing .very small single bedroom , more like a tiny box room , compact .perfect place if cleaned . A fresh coat of paint all round eould mske it better too.,Pet dogs let out themselves and peed on our car .security came on so looked out and it was the dog peeing on the car. Came back one night to 4 lots of dog poo on drive/park area , there is a poop shovel and brush at side , was picked up by morning .didn't take photos but maybe should have .0
