The Space:
This apartment has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Indianapolis! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! Please note that one wall does not go all the way to the ceiling. This suite also has a non-traditional bedroom door. The barn style door is on a track, and slides back and forth to open and close.
A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. While there is no parking included with this stay, there is metered street parking and a parking garage nearby at additional cost to you. We cannot guarantee proximity, pricing, or availability of parking options.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log in and enjoy!
A note about dogs ($75 fee, only dogs are allowed): We welcome your furry friend to join you during your stay, as long as the following rules are followed. Failure to abide by these will result in additional fees and possible eviction without refund: Breed Restrictions: No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, or mixes of these breeds. Weight Restriction: No dogs over 50 lbs. Age Restriction: Minimum 6 months old. Other Restrictions: Must be on a leash at all times, no exceptions. If left alone in the apartment, they must be in a kennel/cage at all times. Please be a good neighbor and pick up after your furry friend at all times.
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Our luxury suite is located in a dynamic community at the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Enjoy shopping and dining options just steps from your front door, from local Indy cafes to myriad options at Circle Centre Mall. Take advantage of grocery stores and other nearby retailers for convenient daily errands or stop by Indianapolis City Market for lunch, farmer's markets, and more. Explore more of the neighborhood from Monument Circle to Massachusetts Avenue, including entertainment options like Old National Centre. If sports are your thing, then stop by and see the Indianapolis Colts football team play at Lucas Oil Stadium, or the Indiana Pacers basketball team play at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Hop on the Indianapolis Cultural Trail to White River State Park for some sunshine and waterfront fun, and continue cycling or walking along the river past the zoo and other attractions for some exercise in the great outdoors. Headed further outside the city? You'll appreciate the easy interstate access to I-65, and I-70.

Our suite is ideally situated in north Indianapolis, conveniently located off the intersection of 66th and Ferguson Street. This suite offers easy access to the walkable streets of Broad Ripple, and is about six miles north of downtown Indianapolis. There is no shortage of premier shopping, restaurants, and entertainment right outside your door. Start your day with a scenic walk along the Monon Trail. After working up an appetite, stop by delicious eateries like Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria and Joella’s Hot Chicken. We also suggest trying some local food favorites like Fire by the Monon, The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers, Flatwater Restaurant, BRICS - Broad Ripple Ice Cream Station, Canal Bistro, HopCat, Three Sisters Cafe, Petite Chou, Bazbeaux Pizza, Ambrosia Restaurant, and Northside Social to name a few.
