Positive: One of my favourite stays in Japan, staff were really welcoming and helpful, Ryokan dinner was exceptionally good and waitress took great care to offer us everything possible. Great breakfast attended to by lovely waitress too A lovely family run hotel well worth a visit.

Negative: Everything was brilliant.
