Our fully renovated, two-bedroom, one bath “Up North” home in the woods comfortably sleeps four to five. All finishes and furniture are brand new.
The cottage is situated on nearly three acres of land just 1/4 mile from the Paul Bunyan Trail and the new Nature Link resort and Catalyst event center, 2 miles from downtown Nisswa, and less than a mile from the Clark Lake public water access. Boat launches for Lake Hubert and Gull Lake, among others, are just a couple miles down the road.
The large living room boasts a new flat screen TV, a beautiful sectional and two comfortable upholstered chairs around a gas stove fireplace.
Bedroom one has a queen-size bed while the second bedroom has a full and a twin. Both rooms have ample closet space.
The full bathroom is brand new and has a tub, shower and linen closet.
The full, new eat-in kitchen is stocked with cookware and has a Keurig coffee maker as well as a microwave, toaster oven and dishwasher.
The attached heated garage houses a washer and dryer and is perfect for storing fishing or boating equipment.
The back patio boasts a fire table and comfortable seating as well as a new gas BBQ.
Bike the Paul Bunyan trail into Nisswa (less than two miles away) to enjoy a meal or play some mini golf. Put your boat in on Clark lake, Lake Hubert or on Gull (or rent a boat as Dave’s Sportland just a mile down the road). Schaefer’s Grocery store and Spirits of Nisswa are two miles down.
Our house is the perfect spot for your “overflow” family members to stay nearby while they’re visiting you at the lake, for attending events in the area, or if you are just looking for a comfortable place that doesn’t require lakefront access. We have plenty of room a boat and a couple cars with four full parking spots.
