Brand new construction, up to date one bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings. This space is above a detached garage with own driveway and exterior entrance. It features a wrap around deck over looking the backyard and wooded area.
LOCATION!!!! The apartment is 3 miles from the Narragansett Town Beach, Narragansett Pier, and several good restaurants and local fare. Two transferable beach passes for beach access are INCLUDED.
Bedroom - Features a queen bed with storage, 2 night stands, TV, dresser, closet, and air conditioning.
Bathroom - Equipped with a tile shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, hair dryer, towels, and toiletries.
Living Room/Kitchen - This area has 12 foot ceilings and is a combined area that includes both the kitchen and living room. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, air fryer, dishes, utensils, glassware, and an island for food preparation and seating. There is NO STOVE!
The living room includes a 55" television, gas fireplace, loveseat, chair, ottoman, and side table. Wifi and YouTubeTV included.
Outside Deck - Features a small sitting area and a propane grill.
The Northgate neighborhood is a well established neighborhood in the heart of the north end of Narragansett. It is a quiet area comprised of a mix of locals and seasonal residents. Quiet hours must be respected!! Owner lives on site in detached residence.
