The house is located in the holiday village in the small, typical Bavarian town of Zandt. It has 84 square meters of living space consisting of 2 separate bedrooms, each with an adjacent toilet and sink. Both bedrooms are also equipped with TV.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet and and shower. The ground floor also includes the cozy living and dining area, which is equipped with a TV, stove and leather couch. Furthermore, there is the open, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc in which you will immediately feel at home with your loved ones.
The modernized holiday home is located on the outskirts of Zandt, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, in the "Upper Bavarian Forest". In the surrounding area there are nature and leisure parks, fishing opportunities, canoe and boat rentals and swimming lakes. Other leisure options such as horse riding, cycling, hiking, mountaineering, inline skating, skiing and snowboarding, tennis and golf are possible. In addition, the thermal world or Outdoor pool in the climatic spa of Bad Kötzting can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.
In the village itself you will find grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and cafes, doctors, dentists, massage practices and hairdressers.
Zandt is only a few kilometers from the Czech border. Day trips to Prague, Pilsen, Karlsbad and Marienbad, as well as to Passau, Regensburg, Munich, Nuremberg etc. are possible.
Pets are welcome in our holiday home. The property is fenced.
