Summary: The upside: This property was in the perfect location to walk into historic Wilmington! We really enjoyed walking to dinner and coffee in the morning. It's also close to the park with a long walking path along the river. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with beautiful homes to admire. The downside: It wasn't clean. The dishes were put away but the cups had lip marks and the forks had food spots. The comforter had spots on both sides, top/bottom and there was no extra blankets or way to wash it. The couch needed a cleaning and wasn't comfortable/super small. The back of the bathroom door was super gross and the drawers in the kitchen were sticky. We only stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately there was no soap provided for dishes or hands, nor garbage bags. We thought it was strange we'd have to buy those things for such a short stay, but understand it wasn't listed as something that's provided.
