The lower-ground-floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst on the ground-floor you will find an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Outdoor facilities; heated outdoor swimming pool (34ft x 22ft, 3ft – 6ft deep) open daily subject to weather from last Bank Holiday in May to second week of September, sunbathing terrace, hot tub, tennis court (championship size) with complimentary racquets and balls, basketball net on tennis court, boules court, wooden swings, children’s adventure playground, 14-acres of grounds with footpaths to surrounding countryside and pubs.
