This beautiful Cumbrian longhouse has been loving restored and extended by its owners to create an oasis of understated luxury. The traditional red sandstone building dates from 1755 and has been remodelled adding four new bathrooms, five beautifully appointed bedrooms named after local fells along with landscaped gardens. It also has a large well-proportioned kitchen, impressive reception room and cosy library with original Cumbrian fireplaces complete with wood burning stoves. A stylish Orangery provides an elegant dining hall looking onto the central courtyard with underfloor heating and wood burning stove.
