If you are planning to visit the popular area of Hot Springs Village, this Beauty might be your perfect choice. It’s located on the 6 th hole of the Pinta side of Isabella golf course, with a beautiful view from many rooms in the home. It’s a one-story, 3-bdrm with both an open-style living room/dining/kitchen and a separate sitting room to enjoy the view or to read. You will see different birds, squirrels, and sometimes deer, along with the golf course view! A big bonus, is an office off the guest bdrm, should you need some privacy to get some work done.
The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, the sitting room & new TV. The large connected bathroom has an updated step-in large shower, anddouble sinks.The second bdrm has both a queen bed and a twin bed, and the 3rd bdrm has a second king bed.
If you are familiar with HSV. This home is near the East Security Gate – off Hwy 5. Easy to drive to.Other amenities worth mentioning, this home is 5 minutes to four different premier golf courses. It is only 2 miles to our largest lake – Lake Balboa (940 acres) which has a sandy beach, swim area, picnic tables, playground and boats/kayaks rentals at the marina. There are 6 restaurants within this same area (menus of each are in the visitor book). HSV also has Pickleball courts, tennis, mini-golf, outdoor & indoor swimming pools which visitors may use for a small fee. Outside our west gate is a nice bowling alley and not far from there is a crystal mining place w/zipline. If you would like to venture to Hot Springs (20 minutes roughly), there is a lot to see/do. The historic Bathhouse row has the original Spas, lots of shopping along Central Ave and various restaurants. There is a trolley tour, duck tours, the 216-ft mtn viewing tower overlooking the area, the famous Oaklawn Racing & Casino, Maxwell Blade Magic show (family friendly), Axe throwing, Escape room, go-karts, miniature golf, and much more! Another beauty is Garvan Woodland Gardens which is a 210-acre botanical garden.
Flying in? Little Rock airport will take roughly 52 minutes from the airport to the home. This property is managed by Janette Carter – Taylor Realty Group. She specializes in listing/selling homes and managing rentals within HSV and would be happy to give you a tour of the Village while you are staying here. We call it our “little island of paradise”.
