Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic, with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. It has a food court right around the corner from the main entrance. The room was very clean. It had a tea kettle, and the balcony had a good view. It was a bonus to have a gym available, although it was very small. The good workout was to run from my room to the gym, which was on the top floor. There was a decent restaurant/bar on my floor, with a great terrace with a view
Negative: The internet was unreliable—slow and it cut out a few times, although staff responded quickly to fix it. The room itself was very small. The bed was pushed against the wall on one side with no headboard since it was positioned right next to the window. It worked fine for one person, but for two guests, one would have to climb over the other to get out of bed. The shower had good water pressure, but without a door, water spilled into the hallway
