The ranchette is proximate to the West’s greatest recreation, including three world class ski resorts, two reservoirs for boating and paddle boarding/kayaking, walking, hiking, biking, fly fishing and darling mountain villages with quaint farmers markets and local food.
The farmhouse itself is newly renovated and finished with the finest furnishings.
