1 Bedroom House in Portsmouth
A lot of history in this 1815 Brick Federalist, and you'll be adding your own to it! You are actually renting an entire 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, but I've decided to just close off two of the bedrooms, and have just 2 guests enjoy one of the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and large bath. It's quite an enviable spot in town, for many reasons... you have a kitchen but it probably won't get a lot of use -you are steps from so many great restaurants in this fun, foodie town...
The space
The house won't be shared with me when you rent it but serves as my home when I'm around and it's not rented, and so it's not as "de-personalized" as some rentals may be. I won't have the cupboards empty but the upside is that you'll have plenty of spices, etc if you need :-).

Two bedrooms, the office, and the attic will be blocked off - guests will have access to the other rooms as in the photos.
