Spend time enjoying the outdoors, the large yard is fully fenced and includes a pool, jacuzzi and tennis court. Tons of light pours into the living room and kitchen with french doors that lead out to a covered porch/entertaining areas. Price includes both houses, wi-fi, pool maintenance and weekly housekeeping.
The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per day with 2 days notice and an additional paid day to get it warmed up. Jacuzzi heat is included.
