The Arbor House is a wonderful retreat from it all while being centrally located to so much. When you are heading into Portland, Vancouver, or the Gorge you are just a short drive from it all. There are countless restaurants and shopping options within a few miles and the illani casino is about 20 miles to the north.
This wonderful single level home has been meticulously maintained. From the moment you walk in, it really does feel like a forested retreat where we hope you will find maximum relaxation and recuperation. Every room has been recently updated with guests in mind to create a wonderful home to enjoy while away from your own.
The kitchen is quite large and has been updated extensively. There are three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The backyard boasts a nice wooded and private yard to enjoy whether you are outside BBQ'ing or just relaxing.
Pets are considered but need approval before they are allowed to stay. Pets are not allowed in the home alone unless crate trained. There is a one time fee of $100 per pet, with a three pet maximum.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
