Summary: When we arrived there was lots of grass and dried leads, laying all over lots of cobwebs, the place looks like it needs to be high, pressured the front porch that is screened in has a lot of green. Moss, the inside of the screened in porch is dirty and lots of bugs hanging all over all the mattresses on the beds need to be replaced . TV in the upstairs bedroom did not work. TV in the kitchen said it was hot and was going to shut down. Somebody had lighter fluid in charcoal. Put in the furnace room that needs to be taken out and replaced. There need to be a few grab bars. Put in the downstairs bathroom. Because when you try to get up on that little lip and into the tub, and then try to get out because we are older. A grab bar would help a lot. Sunsets were amazing. Put the screened in porch off of the kitchen. It's dirty with bugs. Mold needs to be needs to be cleaned up and repainted.very. I'm comfortable to sleep then.
