Hardly used cottage includes high-end kitchen with granite counter tops and bar eating area. The property includes the use of a private pool, private beach, basketball, dock and much, much more.
You would be renting the blue cottage near the tennis court, not the main house (yellow). No guests would be in the main house (yellow) while you are renting the cottage. Therefore, you would have private use of the verandas around the main house as it is attached to the pool. The entire 8 acres would be private during your stay at Coconut Cottage.

Summary: Stayed March29-April 2nd. The property is exactly as pictured. Arrival process was super easy, house is extremely clean and smells great! Use of pool was great, small beach area in front of the pool was big enough for a couple of chairs etc. Grass flat has a few rocks so be sure to wear water shoes. Did a lot of snorkeling right behind the house. Pretty good current so be aware but if you are confident snorkeling and have good fins and mask (scuba quality) you should be able to start on the left side of the property and make it out to the reef with no issues. There is about a 50 yard area that drops down to maybe 10 feet deep at low tide. After that you can pretty much stand up anywhere all the way to the reef/rocks… just please do not step on any coral. With some looking you will find several large rock/coral formations with tons of fish and even two resident reef sharks. There are stingrays so watch out but the water is so clear that you can easily see them. It is about a 30 minute drive to either West Bay or Rum Point from the house. In rush hour that drive extends to 1 1/2 hours to and from West Bay so plan accordingly. The house has pretty much everything you need and we loved staying there. It is a bit remote but if you want tranquility this is the place.
