Bedrooms are: queen downstairs, full and king upstairs. This is pet friendly so it's a fully fenced yard and a patio to sit and enjoy.

Summary: We had the pleasure of spending a full month at this charming VRBO in Olde Town Arvada, and we truly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this peaceful, beautifully maintained property tucked into a historic and welcoming neighborhood.One of the biggest highlights was the location. We were within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and coffee shops in the area—we had endless great options just steps away. Olde Town Arvada has such a vibrant, walkable charm that made every outing a treat.We also loved how easy it was to access many different outdoor adventures. Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, Boulder, Lookout Mountain, Genesee Park and Rocky Mountain Arsenal just to name a few with a variety of scenic hiking trails were just a short drive away, perfect for weekend excursions or quick evening hikes. There were also so many wonderful local parks and green spaces along Ralston Creek within walking distance, perfect for a morning jog or an evening stroll. Back at the house, we made the most of the wonderful backyard. It was the perfect place to unwind with our dogs - ideal for grilling out and enjoying long, relaxing evenings. It quickly became one of our favorite spaces.Overall, this stay was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable for an extended stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it highly enough!
